Modular construction system for the construction of display devices

A modular construction system for the construction of display devices for goods consists of a column as basic element, which is formed from four round bars which are fixed at an angular distance of 90 degrees to the circular circumference of perforated discs of the same diameter. The perforated discs are distributed over the length of the column at uniform distances and serve to support connecting elements which are orientably fixed to the round bars. Various connecting elements serving to fix article carriers or joining elements or stand legs are disclosed.
