PURPOSE:To attain the multi-band antenna system by providing an antenna element comprising a 1st and 2nd conductors and coil in the cabin so as to contrive a low profile thereby facilitating the adjustment and providing plural resonance points. CONSTITUTION:The antenna element 7 consists of the 1st conductor and the 2nd conductors 2, 3 the coil 4, 6 and is fixed in the cabin near a metallic roof of the automobile as the the 3rd conductor 6 by means of a fitting metallic fixture 13. The length l1 of the conductor 1 is a half the wavelength of a tuning frequency of a folded dipole and the length of the conductors 2, 3 is respectively a half the length of the conductor 1. Moreover, the sum of the length of the conductors 1, 2, 3 and that of the coils 4, 5 expanded is selected to equal nearly one wavelength of the high resonance frequency and nearly to a half wavelength of the lower resonance frequency. Thus, low profile is attained, the adjustment is facilitate and plural resonance points are provided and also multi-band system is attained. |
