This invention relates to a process for the recovery of enzymatic values from aqueous multi-phase systems containing polymeric materials which exhibit inverse solubility characteristics. Recovery is accomplished through elevating the temperature of said system above the point at which precipitation of the polymeric material occurs but below the temperature where undue degradation of the enzyme values occurs. The polymeric precipitate may then be removed through conventional techniques.
