PURPOSE:To accurately detect an error after sealing, by providing a measuring control part to perform control so that measuring light emitting elements representing different units of electric energy do not light simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The corresponding measuring pulses Pa, Pb are respectively applied to the effective electric energy measuring pulse input terminal 2 and ineffective electric energy measuring pulse input terminal 3 of an electronic watthour meter main body 1 after sealing and the corresponding measuring LED4, 5 turn on and off and the number of times of turning ON-and-OFF are counted through the corresponding photosensors to perform the detection of an error. In this case, measuring pulse control parts 10, 11 are controlled through the measuring control part 13 mounted on the main body 1 and LEDs 4, 5 are controlled so as not to light simultaneously and, without receiving the effect of simultaneous lighting, the error of an electronic watthour meter can be accurately measured even after sealing. |
