<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate aligning the terminal wire of a coil, which is a soft member, and facilitate automated processing in post-processes such as soldering by employing an assembly jig which has a mechanism for aligning a core so as to be mated and unmated freely and a mechanism for holding the terminal wire so as to be attached and detached freely. CONSTITUTION:A core aligning and holding mechanism 3 in which notched grooves are formed in the outer circumference of a tapered part which is contacted with the inner circumference of a core 7 to center the core 7 and members 22 which press the inner circumference of the core 7 are provided in the grooves so as to move freely along the radial direction and a mechanism 5 which presses the terminal wire 41 of a coil which is applied to the core 7 against an aligning member 54 with a spring member 53 are provided. For instance, if pushers 24 are retreated after the pushers 24 are inserted into holes 4 on the sides of the base plate 2 of a jig 1 to compress springs 23, the core holding plates 22 come out of the grooves by the force of the springs 23 and press the inner circumference of the core 7 to align it. Then, the coil is applied into the trench of the core 7 and, at the same time, the terminal wire 41 is wired across the aligning and holding mechanism 5 of the jig 1 to align the terminal wire 41 at the predetermined position on the jig 1.</p> |
