Spraying or painting a minor amt. of acrylic adhesive onto soft PVC film (combined with 40-70% plasticizer) and joining a cloth i.e. towel, latex or non-woven fabric on the above film to produce foamed polyurethan insoles. A suitable amt. of plasticizer in the soft film improves the adhesiveness with polyurethan and smooth-feel.
