The mixture of 60% CaCO3, 8% clay, 2% polyvinyl alcohol and 30% moisture is stirred first and stirred in a vacuum vessel and followed by vacuum forming into chalks and then deaired. The chalk having minimum porocity is obtained by drying the above product at 60≦̸for 4hr.
