A mowing machine comprising mowing members (35) which are power-driven about upwardly extending axes of rotation (41), and a rotor-shaped processing member (61) provided near said mowing members. Said mowing members (35) include upwardly extending drum-shaped members (38), the outer circumference of which describes, during operation of the machine, an imaginary figure being concave to the rear side so as to be operatable with the processing members (61). A grid assembled of rods (105) is adjustably mounted above the rotor-shaped processing member (61).
