PURPOSE:To make optical axes of respective optical components coincident with each other, by providing horizontal and vertical reference surfaces to a case, forming optical components in the unified size and adhering closely the optical components on the vertical and horizontal reference surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The vertical reference surface A is in parallel with an optical axis l-l and the vertical reference surface C is in parallel with an optical axis g-g, the surfaces are flush with each other and on the same plane. In inserting a plate spring 112 into a U-groove of the case 111, locking pawls 201-1-2 are pressed between both walls of the case 111 and the U-groove, and the elastic force of the locking pawls 201-2-2 or the plate spring 112 produced through this pressing presses the optical components in contact with the horizontal reference surfac B. When each optical component is pressed in contact with the horizontal reference surface B and the vertical reference surface A in this way, the optical axes of respective optical components are made coincident and a positioning jig is removed. Thus, the optical axes of respective optical components are made coincident and the adjustment of the optical components is not required. |
