摘要 PURPOSE:To improve controllability further to ensure the safety, by providing a relay circuit, which places a stop control ineffective of a photosensor for a work halfway its conveyance to a machining area while effective on the basis of a signal detecting the final end part of conveyance, so that a position of the photosensor can be set in no relation to the thickness of the work. CONSTITUTION:A relay circuit, which places a stop control ineffective on the basis of a light shielding condition signal of a photosensor 7 in the halfway of conveyance, conveying a work 5 from an acceptance position to a machining area, while effective on the basis of a signal detecting the final end of conveyance to the machining area, is provided. In this way, since the light shielding condition signal of the photosensor 7 is properly used in accordance with an area being classified by safe and hazard areas, a set position of the photosensor 7 can be determined in no relation to the thickness of the work 5 conveyed from its acceptance position to machining area. While a device is prevented from immediately stopping the work even if a hand or the like of the operator is inserted into the machining area in the time of a safety condition in the halfway of conveyance, and the device, which can continuously perform machining, enables the controllability to be improved further the safey to be ensured.
