PURPOSE:To improve the maneuvering stability of vehicle, by arranging a relief valve, a current control reducing valve and an accumulator sequentially in a conduit communicating between a liquid pressure source and a differential limiting mechanism, and controlling the current control reducing valve according to the traveling condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In a differential controller 10 for controlling a differential device having a differential limit mechanism 12, a liquid pressure source 16 being driven by an engine 60, an unload relief valve 18, a current control valve 20 and an accumulator 22 are provided. A check valve 72 for allowing liquid flow only from the valve 18 to the accumulator 22 is provided in a conduit communicating between the accumulator 22 and the relief valve 18. Furthermore, a controller 74 for controlling the current control reducing valve 20 is provided, and decides whether the differential operation must be limited based on the traveling condition of a vehicle being decided on the basis of output signals from a vehicle speed sensor 82, a steering angle sensor 88 and an acceleration sensor 94, and provides a signal to the current control reducing valve 20 based on the limited quantity.
