<p>PURPOSE:To improve the safety in operation by judging the acceleration traveling, deceleration traveling or constant speed traveling of a car on the basis of the car speed pulse and executing the prescribed pattern indication according to the result of the judgement and arousing the effective attention for other succeeding car. CONSTITUTION:An indicator 12 having three indication lamps 14, 16, and 18 is arranged onto the rear package tray of an automobile 10. Each indication lamp 14, 16, 18 irradiates different color light, and acceleration traveling, constant speed traveling, and deceleration traveling can be indicated by the lighting up of the green, yellow, and red indication lamps 14, 16, and 18. In order to control the lighting up, a car speed pulse generator 20 which generates the car speed pulse in proportion to the traveling speed (car speed) of the car is installed. A traveling state judging means judges that the car is in acceleration traveling, deceleration traveling or constant speed traveling on the basis of the generated car speed pulse, and controls the lighting up of each lamp 14, 16, 18 according to the result of the judgement.</p> |
