PURPOSE:To reduce the pressure loss in piping and at the same time improve the smoothness and sharpness of the coated surface of a molded item by a method wherein molding material blended with specified substance is injection- molded. CONSTITUTION:A molding material blended with single crystal calcium sulfate fibers is injection-molded by means of an injection molder. The single crystal calcium sulfate fiber secures the sharpness of the coating surface, suppresses the rise of the viscosity of the moding surface and prevents the mixing property from lowering and the pressure loss in the piping of the injection molder and the like from occurring. In addition, because the aspect ratio L/D of the single crystall calcium sulfate fiber is large, a molded item has enough reinforcing property and at the same time, because the length of the fiber is short, the orientating property of the molded item becomes low. |
