PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and accurately laminate and obtain a printed matter with no curl by a method wherein a laminate is produced by putting the surface of a print upon the transfer layer of a protective member and a curved carrier, in the interior of which said laminate is pinched, is inserted in a laminator in such a manner that the folded part of the carrier first enters in the laminator in order to fix the transfer layer to the print surface by pressure. CONSTITUTION:The laminate film 2a of a protective member 2 and the print surface 3a to be protected of a 3 are put one upon the other so as to accurately cover the print surface 3a with the laminate film 2a. The laminate consisting of the print 3 and the protective member 2 is pinched in a carrier in such a manner that the print 3 is in contact with the recess side of the carrier. The laminate is inserted firstly from the bonding part 1c of the carrier in a laminating device so as to heat and press every carrier 1 in order to accurately fix the laminate film 2a to the print surface 3a by pressure. A laminate consisting of the print 3 and the protective member 2 is removed from the interior of the carrier 1. After that, a base material 2b, which carries the laminate film 2a tightly fixed onto the print surface 3a, is peeled off and removed from the laminate film so as to complete the disposal by leaving only the laminate film 2a onto the print surface 3a. |
