Disclosed are novel phosphoric ester derivatives of the formula (I): <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 and R2 each represents a lower alkyl group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group or a lower alkylthio group; X1 and X2 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom; and Y represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and insecticidal and miticidal compositions containing said derivatives.
