WATERLESS PLANOGRAPHIC FORM PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve coatability and coated film characteristics by incorporating respectively specific pts.wt. quinone diazide compd. and polyamide and/or polyurethane into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. quinone diazide compd. and 1-100pts.wt. polyamide and/or polyurethane are incorporated into the photosensitive layer of a waterless planographic form plate formed by coating the photosensitive layer and silicone rubber layer in this order on a base layer. Images are thereby reproduced sharply and the deflectless form plate is obtd. The coated film formability of the photosensitive layer, the resilience of the photosensitive layer and the plate wear of the printing plate are improved.
