CONSTITUTION:A transparent packaging film 2 is laid on a rolling sheet 1, laver 3 is placed on the sheet, further vinegared rice 4, an ingredient 5 and the vinegared rice 4 are successively placed on the sheet 3. Then the rolling sheet 1 is rolled in such a way that the transparent packaging film 3 becomes an outermost layer and the rolled vinegared rice, etc., are in a cylindrical shape to give a cylindrical vinegared rice rolled in laver 6. Then the rolling sheet 1 is opened, the cylindrical vinegared rice rolled in laver 6 is taken out and pressed and formed through the transparent packaging film 2 to produce a square-shaped vinegared rice rolled in laver 6'.
