<p>PURPOSE:To retrieve memorandums with high efficiency by using a backward- feed key in addition to a forward-feed key to display a memorandum put before the one which is presently displayed. CONSTITUTION:Memorandum information stored in a memory 22 is read out under the control of a control part 21 and displayed on a display part 15. When a forward-feed key 13a is operated among function keys 13 with an n-th memorandum displayed on the part 15, the next memorandum, i.e., an (n+1)-th memorandum is read out of the memory 22 under the control of the part 21 and displayed on the part 15. While a memorandum preceding by one place, i.e., the (n-1)-th one is read out of the memory 22 and displayed on the part 15 when a backward-feed key 13b is operated. Thus the memorandums are retrieved with high efficiency by means of both keys 13a and 13b.</p> |
