CONSTITUTION:A food such as vegetable, meat, fish, etc., is cut to an easily cookable form such as long thin strips, randomly cut pieces, tangentially sliced thin sheet, round slices, cut tiny pieces, fine strips, thin shavings, cubes, irregular lumps, etc. The cut food is optionally boiled or processed and preserved by sealing in vacuum or in an edible liquid comprising water, vinegar, alcohol or mixture, thereof.</p> |
