PURPOSE:To cope with the generation of abnormality by an appropriate action. by discriminating an abnormal factor by a discriminating means, and transmitting a stop signal on which a code corresponding to the abnormal factor is added, when the abnormality is generated in communicating. CONSTITUTION:The code corresponding to the abnormal factor in communicating, is stored in a memory means 5, and the abnormal factor is discriminated by the discriminating means 4 when the abnormality is generated, and a corresponding code of the ahnormal factor stored in the memory means 5 is selected and read out based on a discriminated result, and the code is added on a cessation command signal by a code adding means 6, then it is transmitted. In this way, it is possible to inform the kind of the abnormality, and to easily capture the cause of the abnormality, and a problem such that the appropriate action is not taken by a clerk smoothly, because the kind, or the cause of the abnormality is unknown, can be eliminated. |
