<p>PURPOSE:To enable starting and speed change operations suited to the taste of a driver by providing a fine adjustment quantity setting means for carrying out the fine adjustment of a basic clutch engaging quantity on the captioned device for controlling the manual transmission and friction clutch of an automobile by means of an electronic control device. CONSTITUTION:The captioned automatic clutch control device carries out the connecting/disconnecting control of a friction clutch 2 and the speed change control of a transmission 12 by means of an electronic control device 9 consisting of a microcomputer, and has a fine adjustment quantity setting means 18 for carrying out the fine adjustment of a basic clutch engaging quantity. In addition to a defined basic clutch control data, the fine adjustment data of a clutch engaging quantity is separately stored in the electronic control device 9, to set a fine adjustment quantity by means of a fine adjustment position detecting device 18a (a potentiometer or a multiple contact changeover switch, etc.). That is, a fine adjustment quantity which is set by the fine adjustment quantity setting means 18 is added to or subtracted from the basic clutch engaging quantity, to carry out a clutch connecting control based on the clutch engaging quantity which is obtained as the result.</p> |
