PURPOSE:To perform sure bonding without both excessive dissolution of a filter membrane and damage due to pressing and to enhance liquid tightness of a bonded part, by applying a polymer adhesive containing a solvent common to a supporter and the filter membrane to a pasting part and overlapping them and thereafter removing the solvent to bond them. CONSTITUTION:In case of bonding a supporter and a filter membrane of a lamellate type filter unit being a minimum unit which constitutes a structural form of the filter membrane of the lamellate laminated type filter, the inner and outer peripheral rims 3, 13 of a supporter are coated with an adhesive 17 of a polymer soln. containing a solvent being equally a favorable solvent for both members i.e. chloroform and thereafter a network form 16 and the filter member 2 are brought into contact with each other thereon. Respective resins of the supporter and the filter membrane 2 are properly dissolved and uniformly filled in the clearances of the reticulate form 16 together with the adhesive 17 and bonding is completely finished by removing the solvent by means of heating or the like. |
