PURPOSE:To obtain a useful hair-growing hair-tonic agent, by including germanium in algae and compounding the algae as it is or after proper processing. CONSTITUTION:Germanium is included in an algae by culturing an algae (preferably Spirulina such as Spirulina maxim, Spirulina platensis, etc.) in a medium added with a germanium compound. The algae is compounded to a conventional hair-growing hair-tonic agent composed of a humectant, a surfactant, ethyl alcohol, a buffer solution and water optionally after a proper processing (e.g. removal of protein with an alcohol, etc.) of the algae. |
