PURPOSE:To shorten data retrieving time, by operating the similarity of measured data and peak intensity data, which are stored in a reference data memory, from the counted values of the counted pulses of subtraction times and the counted pulses of coincidences. CONSTITUTION:Peak intensity data (b) included in spectral data of an unknown material (a), which are obtained by an analyzer, are inputted in a peak intensity memory part 2a. Mass data (c) corresponding to the position of the peak intensities are stored in a mass memory part 2b. Peak intensity data (d) of a known material, which are read in an external memory device 4, are stored in a reference data memory 6. A subtracting part 18 substracts the data which are read out of the memory part 2a and the memory part 2b. An operation control part 28 computes the similarity of the stored peak intensity data from the counted values of a computation-time counter 20 and a coincidence-time counter 26. When the similarity exceeds a specified value, the material to be analyzed is judged to be material which indicates the peak intensity stored in the memory 6. Thus the retrieving time can be shortened. |
