<p>PURPOSE:To allow all surface of a work to face downward at least one time and automatically remove chips accumulated in a recessed part, by providing a drum, which rotates so as to turn a table upside down, and allowing the table to make self rotation and revolution around an internal gear. CONSTITUTION:A gear 20 in the periphery of a rotary drum 3 is engaged to a gear 22 fixed onto a frame. A turning table 30 is positioned with its upper surface facing the wider side of the cavity of the drum 3, and a gear 32 fixed to a turning shaft 31 of the table 30 is engaged to a gear 34. A gear 35 in the input side of a speed change gear box 33 is engaged to an internal gear 36 fixed to the frame. If the drum 3 is rotated by a motor 24, the gear 35 is rotated by the internal gear 36 and the table 30 makes both self-rotation and revolution around the internal gear. By speed change ratio in the speed change gear box 33, each surface of a machined work is surely allowed to face downward during one turn of the drum 3, and during rotation of the work, cleaning liquid is injected to each surface, removing fine powder.</p> |
