PURPOSE:To reduce the times of a key operation and to increase the input speed of data by skipping automatically a display cell part to which no data is inputted without performing the key operation. CONSTITUTION:In the titled device, the moving direction of a cursor can be selected appropriately by an input direction setting means 11 which sets the input direction of the data. Also, a data presence/absence instruction means 12, and a return instruction means 13 can decide whether a targeted display cell is a required cell or not at the time of inputting the data. And in the process of inputting the data by the key operation, a unit skip means 16 and an input segment skip means 17 skip the display cell to which no data is required to be inputted, and move the cursor to a display cell part to which the data is required to be inputted. Since the display cell to which no data is required to be inputted is passed, no key operation is required. Thus, it is possible to reduce times of the key operation, and to increase the input speed of the data. |
