PURPOSE:To remove As efficiently, by incorporating at least one kind of alkali earth metal oxide, alkali earth metal salt, TiO2, silica, iron oxide, alumina, molecular sieves and porous inorganic compound as main components of an As-removing agent. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of alkali earth metal oxide such as MgO, CaO or the like, alkali earth metal salt such as nitrate or chloride of Mg, Ca, Sr or Ba, molecular sieves such as alumina, silica, TiO2, synthetic zeolite or the like, and porous inorganic compound is used as a main component of an As-removing agent, by which As in exhaust gas is removed efficiently. By providing the As-removing agent before a denitration catalyst, the catalyst may be prevented from getting poisoned. |
