<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite sheet material, provided with continuously effective water repellency, oil repellency, water resistance, contamination resistance and, further, with good workability, by a method wherein specified intermediate layer and surface layer are laminated sequentially on a base material having water resistance and fire retardance to integrate them. CONSTITUTION:Paper, nonwoven fabric, textile fabric or the like is used as a base material and the base material is subjected to fire retardant process with a fire retardant additive such as halogen-containing organic phosphoric series ester, thiourea series compound or the like. Non-intumescent body of polyvinyl chloride series resin or the resin compound employed for an intermediate layer is mixed with plasticizing agent, stabilizing agent, fire retardant additive and filler or chemical foaming agent in accordance with necessity. Thermoplastic synthetic resin composition, used for a skin layer applied to the intermediate layer with an extremely thin thickness, is the monomer or copolymer of polyacrylic series resin or the like and the type thereof is solvent series coating while an adding agent, mixed with said thermoplastic synthetic resin composition, is graft polymer or block polymer provided with functional segment having surface transfer property and compatible segment having compatibility while the amount of adding thereof is 0.1-3 % with respect to the solid content of the resin.</p> |
