<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rolling reduction schedule having a high accuracy and stability by setting lower a corrective learning rate between paths in the stage of correcting the profile value for a shape control based on a plate crown error calculated by a measured plate thickness. CONSTITUTION:The plate thickness is measured by a gamma rays detector 6 to input into a roll profile separating analyzer 5 to separate into a measured thickness of each position on the width direction and a measured plate crown (25, 26). By comparing this measured thickness and a predicted plate thickness hx calculated through a gauge-meter model, a plate thickness error Tx is calculated 27, simultaneously, a plate crown error Cr is calculated 28 by a ratio crown change. By using the calculated plate thickness error Tx and the plate crown error Cr, a correcting value of the roll profile is calculated. In this case, a high learning rate alpha28 set previously is used to calculate the roll profile correcting value in a real time and as for the correction of the roll profile for the shape control, the roll profile correcting value is calculated 31 by a low learning rate beta30 set previously. In this way, a disturbance for shape controlling caused by an error of the thickness detector itself is eliminated.</p> |
