摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the maximum light-emitting time of light-emitting liquid all the time in a flow cell, by providing a plurality of pipes, through which mixed liquid passes, between a device of mixing sample solution and a chemically reacting material and a photodetector part, selecting the pipe passing the mixed liquid, and changing the time of passing the mixed liquid. CONSTITUTION:Sample solution 1 and separating solution 2 are injected into a column 6 through an injector 5. The eluate of a component material, which is eluted in the column 6, is sent to a mixing device 13. At the same time, liquid 7 including fluorescent material an solution 10 including peroxide are sent to the mixing device 13 by pumps 8 and 11. The solution in the mixing device 13 flows into a flow cell 17b through one of delay pipes 14a-14n which is selected by opening and closing devices B11-B1n and B21-B2n in a delay device 16. The lengths of the delay pipes 14a-14n are selected beforehand in correspondence with the reacting times of the solutions 7 and 10 so as to have the optimum values.
