PURPOSE:To offer convenience to an IC card user by providing an account identifying name memory area corresponding to respective transaction account data of an IC card, outputting an account identifying name from the card in accordance with the necessity and using it in the customer transaction. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card is inserted into an IC card mechanism 5, a CPU 10 reads all account identifying names from a ROM 12 to a RAM 11 based on the request of a main control part 4. The data are transmitted through the mechanism 5 to the control part 4 and displays the key corresponding to the received account name to a CRT 6. A customer watches the displaying of the CRT 6 and inputs the key shown by the account identifying name to be transacted from a keyboard 7. The control part 4 judges the inputted key, and requests the transmission of the transaction account data shown by the designated account identifying name to the IC card side. The CPU 10 reads the detailed data of the transaction account designated from the ROM 12 to the RAM 11 and transmits them to the control part 4 based on the request. |
