PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having improved running property in an automatic carrier machine by incorporating a particle having a silicon contg. compd. on the surface to an outermost layer thereof to the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The particle having the silicon contg. compd. on the surface is incorporated in the outermost layer of the titled material which has at least one layer of the silver halide photosensitive emulsion layer provided on a substrate body. Said particle is obtd. by applying the silicon contg. compd. on the surface of a mat agent. Thus, sufficiently good sliding property of the titled material is maintained not only immediately after producing the titled material, but also, even in the lapse of time, without losing the characteristics of the particle (which exhibit no change since the particle is applied the silicon contg. compd. on the surface thereof). |
