The wall member is used for construction of concrete structures such as slabs, walls, columns to replace reinforcing steel rods or nets for tension reinforcement for concrete construction. A wall member(10) consists of a tension reinforcement(14) assembled of reinforcing submembers(30A,30B,30C) connecting to one another at corners and fixingly placed on a metal panel(12) or between two metal panels(12) for cement mortar to be poured over the reinforcement on the panel or to be filled between the panels to form a concrete member without concrete form panels.
