PURPOSE:To prevent the repetitive operation of origination and answering due to circuit trouble and generate a warning of over-metering, and to prevent the overmetering by adding a means which generates an overmetering alarm signal when the frequency of dial transmission within a specific period from the start of origination attains to a specific value. CONSTITUTION:An overmetering detecting timer circuit 13 responds to the start of origination to generate a timer output J for a specific period T0, and an AND gate 15 is closed during the period to transmit the output K of an overmetering detecting counter 14 to an overmetering alarm generating circuit 16. The overmetering alarm generating circuit 16 generates the overmetering alarm signal M in response to the output L of the AND gate 15, and a dial pulse sending circuit 4 is inhibited by the alarm signal M from operating. Further, the counter circuit 14 is reset by the timer output J into an initial state. |
