To relieve the strain on the environment and to reduce the transporting and storage volume, a folding toilet or a folding waste bin with disposable container is proposed, consisting of a folding supporting frame, of a foldable container and, where appropriate, of a toilet seat, the container... its dimensional stability partly from the support frame and on the other hand by spreading of the support frame from the resulting container weight and, where appropriate, the seat bearing pressure.
