PURPOSE:To supply a sufficient light quantity to both focus detection use and photometric use by a comparatively simple constitution, by constituting the titled device so that a part of photographed object light is divided into focus detection use and photometric use by a wave front dividing element. CONSTITUTION:A part of a photographed object light which is passed through a photographic lens 1 transmits through a quick return mirror 3, reflected by a sub-mirror 7, and led to a photometric device which is placed in a camera body bottom part. This photometric device 8 consists of a focus detecting unit 10, a photometric use photodetector 12 having a condensing lens 11 on its front, and a wave front dividing element 14 for dividing a photographed object light 13 into a focus detecting luminous flux 13A and an exposure controlling luminous flux 13B. The wave front dividing element 14 is constituted so as to make the focus detecting luminous flux 13A transmit through, and to reflect the exposure controlling luminous flux 13B, therefore, the photographed object light is brought to full transmission or full reflection in the first area 14A and led to the focus detecting photodetecting means 10, brought to full reflection or full transmission complementarily in the second area 14B in its periphery and led to the photometric use photodetecting means 12. |
