<p>PURPOSE:To decide whether a gas instrument is being used or not and prevent trouble of gas leakage by a method wherein a stop valve and a pressure switch are cooperated so that the stop valve is closed at every predetermined times and the same valve is opened when a pressure in a pipe has become lower than a set pressure. CONSTITUTION:A gas bomb 1 for LP gas and a gas meter 2 are connected and the stop valve 4 is provided in a pipeline connecting the gas meter 2 and a gas instrument 6, such as a gas range or the like. The pressure switch 5 is provided at the downstream side of the stop valve 4. When a switch 8 in a control circuit 7 is closed, the stop valve 4 is opened but is closed after a predetermined time. If the stop valve 4 is closed and the gas instrument 6 is being used, a gas pressure in a pipe is reduced and the pressure switch 5 is opened to open the stop valve 4. When the gas instrument 6 is not being used, the stop valve 4 is being closed as it is. This method is repeated at every predetermined times.</p> |
