The installation is to serve for the utilisation of solar energy and simultaneously for heat recovery. To this end, in the installation with a first heat exchanger (3) which absorbs the solar energy to be utilised and delivers it to air guided through it and with a second heat exchanger (4) through which the air heated in the first heat exchanger (3) is guided, the first heat exchanger (3) is made in such a manner that it also absorbs at least a part of the waste heat of the building to be recovered. The second heat exchanger is arranged behind the first heat exchanger in the flow direction of the drawn-in air.
