PURPOSE:To eliminate gas accumulated in a gas storage of a cavity, control scatter of inner pressure distribution and reduce generation of cracks by retaining a clearance between a top force and a bottom force for a fixed period of time and then locking after stock solution is injected into a mold. CONSTITUTION:After stock solution is injected, a core 2 first reaches the limit of downward movement, and then a top force 3 comes down and is supported by a coil spring 5 to generate a clearance in a parting line 14. With said clerance left as it is, a clamp is clamped after a few seconds, and the top force 3 and a bottom force 4 are located and sealed completely. A spring 5 is preferably installed in a manner to leave a clearance of 5mm or more to 50mm or less in the parting line 14 on the clamp side 12. By said arrangement, air in the cavity is exhausted out the mold together with blowing gas to leave no gas in the gas storage, and generation of large and small cracks are reduced by minimizing scatter of inner pressure distribution. |
