摘要

PURPOSE:To increase adhesive strength between polypropylene resin base material and non woven fabric skin material so as to improve durability by making ethylene-propyleneblock copolymer fabric having the specified property mixed uniformly by the specified quantity in fabric layer constituting non woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:This trim base material is formed by piling up and bonding, in one body, a non woven skin material 1, which includes ethylene- polypropyleneblock copolymer fabric 3 of 1-20 denier by 1-15% by weight in fabric layer constituting non woven fabric, and a polypropylene resin base material (film) 2. And it is made into ethylene-propyleneblock copolymer fabric and preferably block copolymer made of low density branch polyethylene and syndiotactic polypropylene is used. Hereby adhesive strength between the film 2 and the non woven skin material 1 is increased and the bonding effect continuous improving durability.
