Process for the stabilization of polyethylene films

Mixtures of A) a light stabilizer from the class consisting of sterically hindered amines having a molecular weight of greater than 600 and B) a light stabilizer from the class consisting of 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzotriazoles in an A:B weight ratio of from 20:1 to 1:4 are highly suitable for the stabilization of polyethylene films.
