The invention relates to a detachable fastening for cladding elements on a supporting frame for sanitary installations, in particular for bathtubs or shower trays. In the case of this fastening, pivoting bars are arranged on a frame for supporting the tub/trough, which pivoting bars engage via bar tongues in corresponding bar elements on the cladding elements. By pivoting the pivoting bars, the latter can be brought out of or into engagement with the bar elements. Rapid detachment of the cladding elements, as well as fitting into the desired position, is thus possible. The pivoting bars are equipped with a handle for actuation.
