Cutting blade for crop pick=up

The blade (18) is set into the pickup duct (3) between the rotating pickup drum (4) and the outer guide (55). It is pivot mounted by a front axis (10) while the rear end is held by a trip. Several blades are positioned across the width of the pickup, with the rotating tines (5) between the blades. The cutting edge of the blade profile has a shallow angle into the duct for efficient cutting. The trip is arranged so that obstructions anywhere along the length of the blade trip the setting.
