<p>Compounds of general formula (I) have valuable pharmaceutical properties especially in the treatment of some disturbances in the central and peripheral nervous system. The compounds can be formulated with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier into pharmaceutical compositions. The compounds can be made by reacting the compound of formula (II) with hydroxylamine or a derivative thereof of the following formula (III) H2NOR2, or with a semicarbazide or thiosemicarbazide or a hydrazine derivative of the following formula (IV) H¿2NNR?3R4, or by a reaction of a compound of formula (I) where R is OH with an acylating agent of the following formula (VI): ACOR1 or (VII): ClCOOR1.</p> |
