<p>This patent refers to machineries used for filling containers with liquid or semi-liquid materials such as marmalades, vanillas, honey, sesame pulp, oil etc. and the patent mechanism refers to a) the mechanism regulating the quantity of the material which is provided each time for filling every container. b) The supply, transportation and filling mechanism in respect of the containers and c) the pneumatic mechanism for movement of the filling piston. The volume-weighting mechanism invented operates by means of two piston mechanisms the one being the working piston and the other a piston supplying the material to be filled in. The working piston moves with compressed air (pneumatically). The supply mechanism invented comprises a spacing disc, a belt-conveyor for movement of the containers or vases to the filling spot, a mechanism confirming filling and continuance of the transportation by means of a belt-conveyor to the collection spot. Technology until today has given mechanically operating volumetric mechanisms for filling of containers. Moreover, the mechanism is forced to follow step motion. Deficiencies of such machineries are: a) the transfer of the movement from the engine to the moving parts presupposes a system of gears, axis, pillow blocks, cams, transportation chains etc. which result in wear in a specific time and difficulty in manufacturing same b) The transportation mechanism operates at a step motion having deficits in centering at the filling spot. c) the mechanically moved bowl three-way valve does not provide fast restoration thereof due to its eccentric movements which results in dead spots, creation of bubbles in the product, or flow of the product under great pressure. Said deficits, are dealt with by virtue of the invented volumetric machine the construction of which is not complicated, transportation is not affected in step motion but is constant and the bowl three-way valve opens and closes instantaneously preventing foaming of the product and does not cause any pressure thereon.</p> |
