PURPOSE:To attain the unitary concentration management of rational wages account and remote work for the working of a remote terminal worker by measuring working quantity at a terminal and calculating the wages based upon the measured value. CONSTITUTION:When a worker on a terminal 3 inputs work starting time, a terminal control part 5 in a work management controller 2 stores the input in the corresponding item of a control table 4 and store a work end time also similarly. Wages are calculated by a wages account control part 6 based on an instruction from a terminal 1 for manager and an optional part on the table 4 is selected by a working state display control part 7 and displayed on a terminal 1. The wages account can be executed based on the stored working time. |
