The multistage lift device of a fork-lift truck is provided with a moving frame body for ascending/descending freight which is extendable in a multistage manner, to thereby move a moved material even at a high position. The multistage lift device of a fork-lift truck comprises: a guide frame attached as integrated on the body of the truck; a first lifting frame body moved upward and downward from the guide frame; a second lifting frame body coupled as integrated with the first lifting frame body and moved upward and downward independently thereof; a freight loading stand coupled as integrated with the second lifting frame body and moved upward and downward independently thereof; a means for selectively moving upward and down ward the lifting frame bodies and the freight loading stand; and a controller for controlling the upward/downward moving means.
