PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost by providing a spring means which inclines elastically to the lock position of a lock member and a forced unlocking mechanism connected functionally to the lock member. CONSTITUTION:The rear end of a lock member 224 contacting with the front of a gear 178 positions in the locus of the rotation of projections 222 formed on the front of the gear 178, and it interferes with the rotation of the projections 222. Accordingly, before the gear 178 rotates by 180 deg., one of the two projections 222 contacts with the rear end of the lock member 224 independently of the angle of the gear 178 to hinder the rotation of the gear 178.
