<p>PURPOSE:To hold a data by providing a reverse current clogging means between main and sub-power sources for supplying the power supply voltage to a circuit having no data holding function and a circuit having it respectively, and supplying the voltage from the sub-power source even if the main power source stops. CONSTITUTION:A CMOS integrated circuit 07 is formed by a circuit block 04 of only the first CMOS constituting having a data holding function, and the second circuit block 12 consisting of a CMOS circuit part 05 having no data holding function and an MOS analog circuit part 06. The first block 04 and the second block 12 are connected to a common terminal 01 and each different terminal 02 and 03, and between the terminal 02 and 03, a reverse current clogging diode 10 is provided. Usually, power is supplied to the first and the seecond blocks from a main power source 08, and also a sub-power source 09 is charged. When the main power source 08 is turned off, power supply is started to only the first circuit block 04 from the sub-power source 09. In this way, a data of the necessary minimum can be held.</p> |
