PURPOSE: To improve the sensitivity and optical responding speed of a photoelectric converter by oppositely disposing a voltage applying electrode and a signal output electrode on a photoconductive film, then covering them with an organic resin to impregnate the resin to the film and then thermally curing it. CONSTITUTION:After a photoconductive film 3 is formed on a glass substrate 1, a voltage applying electrode 4 and a signal output electrode 5 are opposed on the film 3 and the substrate 1. Then, the electrodes 4, 5 and the film 3 are coated with organic resin 6, and the region is impregnated to the film 3. Then, the region 6 is thermally cured at predetermined temperature. Thus, a photoelectric converter having high sensitivity and excellent optical responding speed can be obtained. |
